1. How do I choose the right size for my graphic t-shirt?

  • I provide detailed sizing charts for each product to help you find the perfect fit. You can find these charts here in the frequently asked questions. If you're still unsure, feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.

2. Are your graphic t-shirts machine washable?

  • Yes, my graphic t-shirts are machine washable. However, for best results, I recommend washing them inside out in cold water, not using fabric softener and hang drying. But you can also place them in the dryer on a low heat setting.

3. Do you offer custom or personalized graphic t-shirts?

  • Yes, I do offer custom or personalized graphic t-shirts.

4. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order online.

5. What is your return/exchange policy?

  • I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But

    due to the custom nature of the product (design, size, shirt style and color) NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted and ALL SALES ARE FINAL! So please make sure that your invoice is correct prior to paying and shipping address has been updated and correct! If a product is returned to sender (Designs and Creations by Bambi, LLC) due to customer not at that address, in order for the order to be shipped a second time to the correct address the customer will have to pay shipping a second time!

    R E F U N D S:

    Refunds are handled on a case by case situation! If you have any issues with your order, you must email Designs and Creations by Bambi, LLC within 48 hours of receiving your package the issue that you are experiencing, if no email is received within 48 hours of receipt of package then it will be deemed as correct!

6. Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, I ship internationally to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please refer to my Shipping Policy for more information.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

  • I process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, so I'm unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. However,in the event we allow a cancellation for extenuating circumstances, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Please note order slips are printed as soon as the order is placed and it is filled. If you need assistance, please contact me, and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.

  • I strive to be environmentally conscious in my practices along with the selecting of vendors that I use for my products. While not all of my graphic t-shirts are made from sustainable materials, I am continually exploring ways to incorporate more Eco-friendly options into my product lineup.
