Refund policy

R E T U R N S/ E X C H A N G E S / C A N C E L L A T I O N S:

Due to the custom nature of the product (design, size, shirt style and color) NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted and ALL SALES ARE FINAL! So please make sure that your invoice is correct prior to paying and shipping address has been updated and correct! In the event we allow a cancellation for extenuating circumstances, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Please note order slips are printed as soon as the order is placed and it is filled.  If a product is returned to sender (Designs and Creations by Bambi, LLC) due to customer not at that address, in order for the order to be shipped a second time to the correct address the customer will have to pay shipping a second time!

R E F U N D S:

Refunds are handled on a case by case situation! If you have any issues with your order, you must email Designs and Creations by Bambi, LLC within 48 hours of receiving your package the issue that you are experiencing, if no email is received within 48 hours of receipt of package then it will be deemed as correct!
