Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking depending on the option that was selected during checkout! Once a shipping label has been created you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided at checkout. This e-mail will contain tracking information.  We are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession.

PLEASE KNOW I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS DUE TO USPS or UPS. I strongly urge you to purchase ROUTE insurance. You would then file a claim to get your money, and repurchase.

Route Shipping insurance is an added protection for instances that packages get lost in the mail. Purchasing Route Shipping Insurance is not required, but its a great option for insuring your packages!! MY SHOP WILL NOT REFUND PACKAGES FOR BEING LOST IN TRANSIT. ONCE IT LEAVES MY SHOP, I HAVE NO CONTROL OF WHAT MAIL CARRIERS DO WITH THE PACKAGES. Customers NEED to purchase Route Shipping if they'd like that option to file a claim and refund for lost packages. If Route Shipping was not purchased, the packages WILL NOT be refunded on Designs and Creations by Bambi's end!!!
